Investment Management Services

Our investment management services cater to individuals, families, business owners, charities, and foundations. We offer a blend of active and passive management, investing in high-quality dividend-paying stocks and low-cost ETFs. We rebalance portfolios quarterly, suited to your risk tolerance, based on global investment research. A $100,000 investment is required, and we have no conflicts of interest or product sales/commissions.


Investment Management Fees

SFWM Manages and Provides Investment Management Services.


The advisory fee is calculated by blending percentage rates based on predefined asset levels, resulting in a combined weighted fee. The annual costs are pro-rated annually and paid quarterly.

Clients with less than $100,000 in assets under management will be charged a flat annual advisory fee of $1,000 minus the initial AUM Fee. Our fees range from .5% to 1%.

What You Can Expect from our Investment Management Services

Discovery Meeting (60-90 minutes). In order to gain a better understanding of your investment needs, we kindly request that you complete an investment questionnaire prior to our first meeting. This will enable us to identify any investment opportunities and determine how we can assist you. Our primary goal is to get to know you better and provide help wherever necessary.

Once the contract is signed, we'll analyze your portfolio, assess your risk tolerance, and create a customized portfolio to match your objectives.

Implementation Meeting (60 minutes).   We implement the portfolio after an agreed-upon strategy and transfer the funds to our in-house team. Our investment research has greatly benefited our clients, and we tailor portfolios to personal preferences and goals. 

Confirmation Meeting (30 minutes).  We confirm your portfolio, provide resources, and set up your online portal and account aggregation services during a brief meeting.
